Angelic Pretty Toy Drops JSK Pink

Hello my lovely mauw-mauws,

hope you all had a lovely christmas!! ^___^
Today I like to introduce you to my newest JSK:
The Angelic Pretty Toy Drops JSK in pink.

my passion: Lolita-Fashion and Hello Kitty <3

The Toy Drops print was and is my second most-wanted-and-loved Lolita print straightly after the Fancy Box print. ^___^ As I discovered this JSK wednesday mornings at the Closetchild - Online Store I didn't hesitated and ordered it directly. This order made my day and I was pretty surprised that the JSK arrived then that quickly.  It was the first time that I ordered via Closetchild and I am totally satisfied with the whole transaction. The shipping was really fast and uncomplicated although I'd ordered in the pre-Christmas period. The Toy Drops JSK is in a way a christmas gift to myself (because I was THAT really gently this year X'DD).

Closetchild indicated that there is a lil stain in the center of the JSK below the pink bow, but I couldn't figure this stain out at their close-up photo beforehand and even now, having this JSK be there at my place, I simply can't find the stain.. just as well.. generally the JSK is in an awesome condition, just like brand-new. In total I paid 118,47€ for the JSK - what a good bargain. <3

Of course I had to do a few more photos of me wearing the JSK:

Do you think, me having straight hair while wearing Lolita-Fashion is also okay? Actually I am always having curly hair while wearing Lolita.. I was pretty uncertain about my hair during this little photo-session (thank you Don for taking a few photos ..hope I wasn't that great pain in the neck for you XD)

I am really looking forward to wear this JSK to a convention or a Lolita Meet-Up soon. ^o^

Thank you for reading!
I wish you all a HAPPY NEW YEAR! May all your (good) wishes come true next year!

52 Wochen - Exhibition Opening and Preview

Hello my dear mauw-mauws,

as you might now, I've got the oppurtinity to take part in a photo exhibition. The exhibition is called "52 Wochen( / Weken / Semaines)" and I had my photo shooting for it back then in March (see 52 Wochen - Exhibition Photo-Shooting). The photo project should show the variety of people living in the Euregio Maas-Rhein.

The exhibition opened officially yesterday, on Friday the 16th of November in the Nadelfabrik in Aachen, but since last monday the photos/potraits of the exhibition were also shown in advance at the Aachener Citykirche (Nikolauskirche) as large-screen presentation. Crystal clear, that I had to take a look at this presentation - I am a pretty nosy person! =D

When we entered the church there was no way to overlooking the large-screen presentation of 52 Wochen. Don and I sat down for a moment and then my photo were shown:

yay! XD
It's a strange feeling to know that people will see this photos - and also the photo of me. On the one hand I am happy about that, but on the other hand it is scaring me also a bit, hehe. ^__^6 But this is something I now have to deal with - I knew what I am getting into.

Inside and in front of the church also were stand-up displays, posters and flyer to promote the upcoming exhibition.

Yesterday evening then the official exhibition opening took place. I was pretty excited about how such an exhibition opening would be. I never ever visited such an exhibition opening before. If Don hadn't joined me in going to the opening event, I guess I wouldn't have been there. Sometimes I am a quite shy person. U_U

The opening of the exhibition was better attended than I thought. Well, the exhibition's welcome adress were even served by Aachens current lady mayor Dr. Schmeer. Needless to say, that I arouse a lot of attention - I weared a (bit more Casual) Sweet Lolita - Outfit.

double Usai

It was great talking to Marco again and in general talking with a lot of people. I only received compliments for my outfit, but I am even more happier to explain and show them Lolita-Fashion in general. I felt very comfortable.

lovely Don <3

During the exhibition you could buy high-quality prints of the photos and a picture book of all 104 photos and persons. Everyone were so friendly and I even should autograph the picture book of the exhibition. =D - What a funny feeling that was! Another man asked me whether it will be okay if this photo of me will be hang up in his office room soon.

I guess I will visit the exhibition again, together with some of my friends or family. The photos will be shown until 14th of December 2012 in the Nadelfabrik.

Nyappy Go Around The World III - Dortmund

NYAPPY!  o(≧∀≦)o to all you lovely mauw-maws,

Kuraude and I went yesterday to the "An Cafe - Nyappy Go Around The WORLD III"-Concert in Dortmund, Germany. Gosh, it's been already 3 1/2 years ago as we went to their last concert (An Cafe - Nyappy Go Around The World II-Tour in Cologne, Germany). Time is really passing quickly! Back in 2009, we even had the chance to took part of an autographing session they gave back then - maybe I will write about this experience more detailed in a separate post. Well, back to present: This time, we both absolutely wanted to go more dressed up to the concert and this is how we looked like:

I tried to look a bit like an Oshare-Kei girl but my outfit should be also still comfortable to dance to An Cafe.
After an almost 2 hours drive we finally arrived the concert hall in Dortmund.

My lovely boyfriend Don drove us to the concert and Mochi also accompanied us. During the concert the two went through Dortmund's shopping street. It was now getting already dark and the waiting queue was not that short. Of course, it has to start raining also and the entry take pretty long. We were really delighted as we finally could enter the concert-hall and went straightly to the stage. <3

Nyappy-Chan <3 and I
Clocklike around 7:00pm An Cafe started to rock the stage! An Cafe really made progress by comparison to their live performance 3 1/2 years ago. The concert itself was awesome, they played some older songs like "Snow Scene", "Tekesuta Kousen" and "Escapism" but also some of their newer songs like "Amazing Blue" and "Nyappy In The World 4". They are awfully good live. I tried to take photos of them but unfortunately the photos didn't turned out that good (Kuraude and I stood admist in the middle of the whole crowd XD):

After around 1 1/2 hours the concert ended. Too bad that the time during the concert flew like nothing. We were really enthusiatic about the concert and we are looking forward to the next one. Miku promises that they will come again <3  NYAPPY ~~ o(≧∀≦)o

Usai's Hello Kitty Collection - 4th - Electronic Devices, Movies and Games

Hello my dear mauw-mauws,

time has come for the fourth part of "Usai's Hello Kitty Collection". This time I show you all Hello Kitty games, movies and electronic devices I've got and I guess it will be a quite short post. ^__^6

First up are the games:

"Hello Kitty Seasons" for Nintendo Wii

This game was a christmas gift of last year from Kuraude to me. It is a really lovely and cute game. The target audience are probably younger children but I also enjoy playing the game, because it is a nice now an then game. =)

"Happy Party with Hello Kitty & Friends" for Nintendo DS

Also a gift of Kuraude to me. The game contains several cute mini games.

Hello Kitty PC Games

A gift of Mochi. The discs contain several cute mini games, and some of them are really tricky.

Don once bought me also a Hello Kitty DVD which contains five mini movies:

The movies are pretty old but they charmy ones. Mostly, you already know in the middle of the movies how it will end but its okay for me - sometimes I just do not need very challenging movies.. I just want to relax and want to debauch in my dreams =D

Last year, as I celebrated my birthday at Japantag 2011, Don gave me this awesome Hello Kitty Styled Mobile Phone:

It is the Samsung Star Hello Kitty Edition S5230 Smartphone and I love it. I know that this Smartphone is not anymore the state-of-the-art but I don't care because I just want to write SMS and want to call my friend with it. I emphasize a pretty design .

And  now, last but not least, I want to show my cute Hello Kitty PC Mouse:

I've bought it by myself on ebay a few month ago and I really love it. The mouse works properly - I never had any troubles with it by now. ^___^

Japanse Tuin Hasselt - Japanese Garden Hasselt

Hello my dear mauw-mauws,

Don and I visited the Japanese Garden in Hasselt, Belgium (Japanse Tuin) last thursday. I planned to visit this garden for a long time and now I finally had the time to visit it (I had holidays last monday and from wednesday to friday, too). It was also a perfect oppurtinity to wear my Wa-Lolita Outfit again. ^__^ The Japanse Tuin in Hasselt (Belgium) is about 1 1/2 hours away from my hometown. The garden was built in 1992 thanks to the warm relationship to Hasselt's sister town Itami (Japan). This year is also the 20-year-anniversary of the garden and for that reason there were a lot of various events - but not so on the day we went there. Fortunately, so I or we had the oppurtinity to take great photos without having other people on it.

One of my favourite photos is this one here below:

I think it looks a bit like we were in Japan. When Im looking at the photos, I simply can't await to visit Japan next summer. It is really one of my biggest dreams. It may sounds nerdy, but I hope I do not burst into tears that moment when I will feel for the first time japanese ground under my feet, I'm pretty sentimental in such things. X'D But, well, in the meantime, those beautiful japanese garden had to bridge my longing for Japan.

Back on topic: The Japanese Garden in Hasselt is beautiful but unlike the two Japanese Garden in Duesseldorf you have to pay admission (5,00€). And it was not that easy to find the garden in Hasselt. We used our navigation guide to find the garden, but the adress they state on their official page guided us into a nearby street, still about 1km away. Luckily we saw shortly afterwards a pretty little sign which guided us in the end to the japanese garden. The garden itself was not well-signposted, I can't get it why Hasselt do not bring on bigger and brighter signs. I think the garden is the most beautiful thing you can see in Hasselt - Hasselt itself do not looked that interesting or beautiful at all.

When entering the garden you first went along a traditional japanese looking arch:

Next up we were greeted by the probably biggest Koi's I have ever seen in my life:

They were pretty trusting and seemto expect that we would feed them. Those big Koi's must worth a fortune! As we avert our gaze from the beautiful Koi's away this waterfall caught our attention:

We went through the garden and along the river and took more photos:

lovely Don <3

Don't you think the colours of autumn are beautiful? The perception of this day for me was the fact that I really had to visit Japan in autumn, too. Maybe I can do this even in autumn 2014! ^__^ ~ I really felt in love with this play of colors.

The garden also had a miniaturised Shinto - Temple (maybe it is a Hokora?). Inside the temple were hanging a lot of origami cranes.

A Shinto - Temple is a sort of building or structure where one or more Kami (Gods) are enshrined.

The japanese garden in Hasselt was worth to be seen, eventhough we spent more time in our car for the arrival and departure. But I guess, I like the Eko Garden in Duesseldorf even more. I can't describe really why, but I have the impression that the Eko Garden in Duesseldorf got a greater japanese atmosphere - the garden in Hasselt appeared in a way to clean and blank.

Thank you for your company, Don!

My Cosplays - 5th - Hello Kitty Lolita-Style (Sanrio - Hello Kitty)

Hello my dear mauw-mauws,

it is about time to present another Cosplay of mine: My Hello Kitty Lolita - Style Cosplay! ^O^

As you might now, I am a really big Hello Kitty Fan. I collect everything I can get of Hello Kitty and it is probably not overstated when I tell you that I might have one of the biggest Hello Kitty Collection in germany. ^__^6 No wonder, that I had to Cosplay Hello Kitty someday.

Hello Kitty Lolita Style Cosplay – Profile:

Cosplay No.: 5

Created in: 2011

Costs: about 45,00€ (incl. wig)

Hours to make: 1/2h (I only made the headbow by myself)

Weared at: Dokomi 2011 (Saturday), Amiru 2011 (Saturday)

Why do I wanted to Cosplay Hello Kitty?

Im a big Hello Kitty fan. I adore her cuteness and so it was just a matter of time when I would Cosplay "Hello Kitty". At the beginning, I did not really know in which way I should Cosplay "Hello Kitty", should I wear a Cosplay in Kigurumi-Style, a mascot-costume or in "Gijinka"-Style. Finally then I decided to make a Gijinka-Style Cosplay.

Any unforgetable experiences?
Dokomi 2011 / Amiru: I never ever expected that this Cosplay would be so favoured by other people and I was really lucky that my Cosplay was mostly recognized rightly.

DreamV / Yumetenbo -Rakuten.co.jp- Review and How to Order - Guide

Hello my lovely mauw-mauws,

after a long time planning I finally ordered clothes at the DreamV/Yumetenbo - Store. I ordered via their webshop on Rakuten.co.jp at the 8th of July 2012 and received the package at Tuesday the 17th of July 2012. Didn't thought that I will receive my package that early. ^O^~
I am so lucky - I always wanted clothes like this, clothes you can wear everyday but looking beautiful! ♥♥
Because I was pretty uncertain about the quality of the clothes and the service I want to write a short review about my whole order to create a bit clearity for the westerns. =)
So, this beforehand: It isn't that complicated than you are thinking!

I guess the biggest deterrent when you're entering their website is the language problem. Rakuten.co.jp offers the option to switch the websites language into english but because they are working with an automatic translator, the translator generates a quite of weird (and also funny) sentences and words. But it serves the purpose.

Well, I've ordered the following clothes:
(I do not accept any responsibility for the external links below!)

weared:

  ♥

and weared:

(Sorry for the quite confused look - it was early in the morning before I had to go to my work-place as I took the photo XD)

What had I to pay for the whole order?

Well, I paid for this order,
9,880 Yen for the clothes theirselves
3,150 Yen for the EMS shipping
______
13,030 Yen is the totalsum which will be blocked at your creditcard first
+
30,48 EUR german Einfuhrumsatzsteuer

But Overall, I am really, really satisfied with my clothes, so I will order again at DreamV. It is for sure not the favourablest way to buy clothes, but DreamV(ision) clothes are simply LOVE to me! The payment and shipping was easy going too and I hadn't any problems.

But, how to order at DreamV/Yumetenbo via Rakuten.co.jp?!
Here's a quick guide for you, let's see:

1. Visit the store: Dream V Store (english)

2. Let's go to the Mall ♪ - It's SHOPPING TIME
Chose your favourite clothes!  ♥
IMPORTANT: Please notice the measurement tables at the bottom of the pages. The size charts may vary greatly! Size "S" in shirt A is not necessarily in other shirts size S, too. Take a look at the detailed measurement!
Because the size chart is in japanese characters written and will not be translated (because it is actually not a text but a picture) I translated common size-measurements for you here:

3. Your Shopping card
So, you'd found some nice clothes?
By clicking the red button "add to cart", below the table for chosing your size x color, you will be redirected to your actual "Shopping card", here you can proceed to the checkout also. To continue shopping you had to use the "return"-arrow of your internet browser.

4. Payment possibilites, Shipping, Review and Confirm your Order
Rakuten.co.jp only accepting a payment via CreditCard. If you do not having one, you can not order. If you are living outside Japan you also only have one shipping possibility: EMS.

The shipment costs are related to the costs of the products you want to order. You will see a detailed table of your shipment costs by clicking the "details"-link in the EMS row.
After that you will have the chance to review your order completely at the next page.
If you were not registered yet at rakuten.co.jp you can register during the checkout process. ^__^

5. Orderconfirmation and Tracking Number
A few minutes after forwarding your order you will receive several mails of rakuten.co.jp itself and Yumtenbo/DreamV also. You have to keep in mind, that Rakuten.co.jp is the japanese "amazon.com" and for this they do not have the clothes of DreamV in their warehouse. The whole shipping is DreamVs task. Should you have any problems, you should contact DreamV directly and not Rakuten.co.jp. As such, DreamV will also send you a trackingnumber for your ordered products. Now you have to wait patiently! ^__^
In my case, I received my package via DHL which had the advantage that I received the package pretty quick and comfortable at my door but on the other hand I guess I had to pay a bit more taxes for this service as if I had to went to my local customs. Unfortunately, in germany you can't control in which way you in the end wll receive your package. Maybe it's different in other countries than germany.

6. HAVE FUN ♪
Wear your ordered clothes and make a sight of yourself! ^O^

- end -

This guide is by far not that detailed, but I guess I figured some important things out. If you have any questions feel free to contact me, I will try to help you!

Thank you for reading, watching and/or commenting!
